Acceptance

By using MedicoAlarm you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Medical Disclaimer

MedicoAlarm is a reminder and organisation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always follow your doctor's and pharmacist's instructions. Reminders and alarms may be delayed or missed for reasons outside our control; do not rely on the app as your only safeguard for critical medication.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including dosages, schedules and stock. Verify all details, especially data captured by scanning, before acting on it.

Subscription

MedicoAlarm Plus starts with a 2-month free trial. After the trial it is an auto-renewing subscription billed at ₹49 per month through your Apple or Google account, and the first charge is taken when the trial ends. It renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel during the trial to avoid being charged. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Play Store account settings.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own medication management. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the app.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedicoAlarm and its developers are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
